Política de cancelación

All reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 12 hours before your booking and we will do our best to accommodate.

Política de membresía

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — no partial refunds will be issued for unused time. Membership benefits, including discounted rates and included hours, are non-transferable and for personal use only. Unused monthly hours do not roll over. We reserve the right to revoke membership for violation of facility rules or abuse of benefits.

Política de reservas

Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All guests must check in at the time of their reservation. A 15-minute grace period is provided — after that, the bay may be released to walk-in guests. Reservations are for the time and duration booked; extensions are subject to availability. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full duration of your booking. All guests are expected to follow facility rules and treat equipment with care.
